Dec 19 Ezra 4:6-24, Ezra 5 Revelation 11 Psalm 145:1-7

Ps 145:5-6

On the glorious splendour of your majesty, and on your wondrous works, I will meditate. They shall speak of the might of your awesome deeds, and I will declare your greatness.

Meditate on His wondrous works and His majesty. that’s a really good thing to spend time doing.

First, spend time thinking about how amazing He is. How glorious the name of Jesus is and how wonderful God Himself is. Isn’t it just wonderful that we live in a world where God does exist? Imagine how futile everything would be without Him, but because He is real we have an eternal hope!

Then think about the amazing things He’s done in the world. The cross, of course, but the creation around us, the fact He’s given us such a wonderful world to live in.

Then bring it home, make it more personal. Think about the wonderful things He has done for you? Isn’t He amazing? Think about where He’s brought you – what He’s brought you through. How He’s changed you life.

Meditate on those things and they will start to spill out of you. The more you are full of His goodness, the more it will spill. The more you mediate on these things, the more you will share them. And you will find yourself declaring His greatness to the people around you.

Focus on His wonderful works, so you can bear witness to them for others.
